Truth Hounds investigators found a suspect in the shooting of a bread queue in Chernihiv on March 16

A team of investigators Truth Hounds conducted its own investigation into the Russian military’s artillery shelling of civilians and civilian infrastructure in the city of Chernihiv and was able to identify the most likely suspect in the commission of this crime.

It is worth reminding right away that on that day, as a result of shelling of the queue for bread, according to the investigation, at least 14 people died and 27 were injured.

According to the results of the work of the investigators, it was possible to establish, in particular, that on March 16, 2022, only one brigade – the 35th separate motorized rifle brigade, which is part of the 41st army of the Russian Federation – could fire from the north-eastern direction in the city of Chernihiv.

It is known that the commander of the 35th brigade is Colonel Oleh K. Urygin, born on March 6, 1977, place of birth: Uyske, Chelyabinsk region, Russian Federation. Rank – colonel.

Ryzhkov is the commander of the 41st Army, which includes the 35th Brigade.

From the open sources, Truth Hounds collected information about the personnel of the 35th brigade, which includes personal data and photos of servicemen. These base Truth Hounds were handed over to representatives of the Chernihiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

It is also worth adding that some of the Russian militaries from the 35th brigade were captured, in particular:

– Babin Stepan (born in 2001, senior sergeant, private) – captured on March 4, 2022;

– Tsaryuk Oleksiy (born in 2000, lieutenant, platoon commander) – captured on March 4, 2022.

At the time of writing this reference, it is known from open sources (media, social networks Instagram and Vkontakte ) that all the listed persons were once on the lists for exchange and are now in the territory of the Russian Federation.
