On March 2, 2022, the Russian military abducted 50-year-old Roman Vuyko from his home. With a group 2 disability, Roman is virtually unable to work. At the time of his detention, he was in a pre-diabetic state. Russian television reported that Roman was held in the Kursk detention center number 1. The man needs constant medical supervision and medication. Witnesses reported that Roman was in a vulnerable state after his abduction; his location is currently unknown.
