ICC’s 20th anniversary

Today, 20 years ago, on 1 July 2002, of the ICC’s founding treaty, the Rome Statute entered into force.

To mark this day and discuss the different aspects of the Court’s operations, and prospects for further development of the international criminal justice the ICC announce the conference “International Criminal Court at 20: Reflections on the Past, Present and the Future”, taking place on Friday, 1 July 2022, from 9:30 to 18:00, Central European Time (+2 h Kyiv time).

The conference will be streamed live in English, French and Spanish on the ICC’s YouTube channel.
