The focus of the Human Rights Agenda (hereinafter HRA) platform is the implementation of law enforcement reforms, the Security Service of Ukraine, the reform of the judicial system, the Institute of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, the implementation of rules of International law in the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (the Istanbul Convention), the Rome Statute of the
International Criminal Court, the adoption of the draft law on war criminals No. 2689. The members of the Platform are the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union, the Kharkiv Human Rights Protection Group, the Centre for Civil Liberties, Amnesty International in Ukraine, the Human Rights Centre ZMINA, the Law Enforcement Research Centre, the Without Borders Project, Euromaidan SOS, and others. The Platform activities are coordinated by the Centre for Civil Liberties.

Human rights #NonConference Since 2016, every year on the day of commemoration of the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Human Rights Agenda hosts a large-scale event – the National Human Rights NonConference. The event takes place in the format of workshops, in
which human rights defenders, representatives of international organisations, and state authorities take stock of the year and discuss the challenges and issues faced by human rights defenders: from the protection of LGBT rights to Kremlin prisoners, issues of the penitentiary
system, judicial reforms, and the situation in other countries, such as Belarus or Myanmar.
The NonConference has become the only large-scale platform for completing common tasks and establishing common positions in the field of human rights protection in Ukraine.

National Human Rights Award In order to popularise the values of human rights and human rights work, as well as to increase its social significance, the Human Rights Agenda launched the All-Ukrainian Human Rights Award. Every year on International Human Rights Day, the Human Rights Agenda presents an award to public figures for outstanding achievements in Human Rights Protection.
