On March 24, 2022, Artem Kobylivskyi was abducted from his parents’ home by representatives of the so-called «DPR police«. Artem was ostensibly taken for «filtration». Russian forces stripped Artem’s clothes and searched him in front of his two-year-old daughter, then took him away in a car. At first, Artem was taken to the district police station in Mangush, then to Dokuchaevsk, then reportedly to Olenivka. As of now, Artem is probably in the Kalinin Penal Colony number 27 in Horlivka.
