What is happening today – a revision of the entire set of rules established in the world after the Second World War.

There are two important systemic factor that differentiates Western Europe from the East and, in particular, from the Ukraine.

The first factor – is the presence of entities associated with the radical Islamic movement, they are in Western Europe, they do not exist in Eastern Europe. Perhaps, as we move to Europe they will, but for now it is not.

The second factor – the movement, fashionable in the left intelligentsia, in which human rights, in particular, the protection of the rights of Palestinians leads to anti-Semitism and anti-Israeli sentiment.
